By accessing or using the PairioBridge application ("App") and any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Authorized Device UseYou must only install and pair this application with devices you legally own or have explicit, documented permission to monitor (e.g., a child's device under your legal guardianship).
• Location Tracking & Device AdministrationFeatures such as background location tracking and Device Administrator protection must only be used on devices where you have the legal right to track the user's location and restrict device usage. Misuse of these features for unauthorized surveillance is strictly prohibited.
• Legal ComplianceUse the App in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding privacy and electronic communications.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PairioBridge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:

• Service UninterruptionWe do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Network limitations and operating system battery optimizations may affect delivery times.
